Jose Pistola’s, the craft beer bar and Mexican restaurant at 263 S. 15th St., has closed after 19 years in Center City. The owners’ two other bars, Sancho Pistola’s in Fishtown and Pistola’s Del Sur in East Passyunk, remain open.
