Pennsylvania State Police could begin seizing skill game machines on Oct. 14 if lawmakers do not come up with a solution to regulate them. The state Supreme Court ruled in June that the gambling terminals are equivalent to slot machines, making them unconstitutional unless regulated and taxed.
