Samuel Marquez, 40, of Philadelphia, was arrested for allegedly crashing a U-Haul truck into another vehicle and then stabbing another motorist on the Blue Route on Sunday. He also had been wanted for a 2022 armed robbery at a Royal Farms in Delaware County.
