The Philadelphia Parking Authority has started the 60-day warning period for new speed cameras installed at 11 locations along Route 13 in West and North Philadelphia. Starting Oct. 30, drivers who exceed the 25 mph will be mailed violation notices with fines ranging from $100-150.
